Welcome to my sanctuary. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and an Advanced Esthetics Student at the Skin Science Institute in Sandy, Utah.
Choosing massage therapy and esthetics wasn’t just a career decision! It was a calling that kept coming around in my life, growing stronger and stronger until I knew it was my true purpose. I am here to help those who need to feel seen and heard in their bodies. I believe that physical touch brings a profound sense of calm, comfort, nurturing, and warmth to those I encounter. When energy is exchanged to help others through my hands, it promotes the nervous system to relax deeply, lowering stress barriers and allowing the body to truly receive the healing it needs.

Lumina Bridge Wellness was born from a vision of bringing divine peace, light, and healing into the world. I deeply believe I was called to this service by trusting my faith in the higher power of my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. He is my ultimate guide in helping those who walk through my door.
Rather than focusing on secular philosophies or trend-based idols, my practice is anchored in the truth that our bodies are beautifully, wonderfully, and intentionally designed to heal.
